A reasonable company would keep their offices open until December 23rd for collections or at least inform customers on their website and auction listings about the collection delays. Additionally, be wary of the buyer's premium; the listings indicate a 30% fee, but there's also an undisclosed 2.4% charge for bidding through their platform. Overall, I am not impressed and feel they do not prioritize customer service.
