The bureaucracy here would please a French civil servant. All I needed was a quote to pack and send two small items. They could have simply included a tick box for this on the invoice. Instead, I wasted 45 minutes searching for a specific form and ended up frustrated, as they seemed to ask for every detail except my shoe size. I lost interest, and they won't even resell the items because they are deemed too low in value—why offer them in the first place? UPDATE: The company did reach out via email, but I still find their online forms overly complicated and bureaucratic. Regarding postage and packaging charges, I can only say that the fees were in line with my expectations before I made my bid.
