Inquiries were answered quickly and helpfully. Collecting my purchased items was very easy. My only issue is with using the website; while the auction items are well detailed and set up for inspection, I found the website not very user-friendly, especially for those who aren't very tech-savvy. Setting up my interests when I couldn't attend the auction in person was a bit challenging. Otherwise, the service was friendly and professional.
