Any reasonable company would keep their offices open until December 23rd for collections or at least inform customers on their website and auction listings about the collection delays. Additionally, be cautious of the buyer's premium; while the listings state a 30% fee, there's also a hidden 2.4% charge for bidding through their platform that is not clearly disclosed. Overall, my experience has not been positive, and I feel they do not prioritize customer service.
