I have to admit, I was a little sceptical about losing weight. I’ve not really tried before but as I’m getting older, I could feel it creep on. So, after seeing Adam’s Facebook post for a free 5 day trial, I thought why not? Then Adam contacted me after the five days and, because I was unable to go out due to the lockdown, I wasn’t spending as much money so decided to give it a go. From day one, my coach, Hayden, was around to guide me on calorie intake. Thirteen weeks later, and without any exercise, I’ve lost 11 lbs which is almost my target! I have eaten what I still like, albeit it in smaller amounts/less often, and still enjoyed a drink. It works and I don’t feel cheated out of my favourite food/drink which means it works long term.
