My cat completely chewed through my oxygen tubing. Usually, I can get replacements the same or next day. The office representative placed an order, indicating it would arrive in about three days. I ended up having to purchase some online since a small hole can be taped, but two pieces are not fixable. What’s a person to do? When I inquired, I was told it was because I hadn’t placed an oxygen order. I gathered my empty canisters and ordered them... it would have been helpful if she had informed me about this delay or offered to cancel the order. The delivery team, however, is very kind and went to the truck to get me a couple of tubing pieces so I could breathe without air leaking through the tape. Overall, I appreciate the service's kindness and efficient delivery of products.
