I was informed today that if my insurance information was not given to them they would charge me over 3,000 dollars for my cpap machine. Went I picked up my machine almost 6 months ago they were given my insurance information. The person that set this up was very hard to understand and seemed the least bit knowledgeable or interested. I am pretty much disgusted with their service. Than the first time I was sent supplies they did not fit my machine. But I bet they charged my insurance, but I had to call them and get the correct supplies. I am thinking I should have went elsewhere
