I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent interaction with one of the staff members, along with the ongoing delay in receiving my credit card. The staff member's attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, making me uncomfortable. This is not the standard of service I expect. Additionally, I have been waiting for my credit card since the end of December without a clear status update, which has caused me considerable inconvenience. I request a serious investigation into this matter and an urgent update on my card's delivery.
