I tried their free trail plan (3 feb) like every other 1 star review and canceled it before the trail ended and still paid 399 dollars. I sent a email and a day after i got a response asking for more info and asked me if i wanted a discount and like 50% of the refund? I told them no and it took me 5 EMAILS for them to understand that i wanted a full refund which i also got (17 feb)
They said that its going to take a bit longer time because they got allot of sing ups recently (they ment allot of refunds ofc) and was like ”okay fine, i atleast got it back”
Today its 5 april and still havent seen the money, i have sent them emails sometime asking where my money is and they are just saying that the refund been approved and the billing team is handling it? They even told me that my refund is priority which is bs.
Do not use their service if you only want to try it out.
