I looked into this when I first started my buissness, I made an account and was unaware that they had started billing, they then tired to bill my card twice for the same payment lucky enough my bank blocked it, I have deleted my account.
The guys at AdCreative.ai have an amazing support team. It is a company that I trust after seeing how professional they are, even with processing my refund. Thanks alot
Got a 7 day free trial and used it for 1 day following which I was charged $339 for the membership. NO WARNING OR RECIEPT. It automatically transfers you to the $339 membership after the trial ends. Contacted support and they said they cant refund 7 days after the charge. DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION. its a shame because the application is actually well built
I did a free trial of this tool and it sucked. The material created was of a traditional consulting agency with no use for new digital products.
I imediatelly wen to the subscription and tried to find a button to cancel it.
There was none, so I went and selected the plan downgrade.
Now I just got charged 300 dolar for a stupid tool .
Auto charged me 340usd without myself committing to anything. didnt even get an email reminder

This is regarding their customer service more than anything. I dealt with Jacob who was very thorough with rectifying an issue that I had. It was easy and quick to connect with the rep via online messaging and there was a fast resolution.
Scammers. They auto subscribe you to something you never agreed to, then promise to refund but never do. I had to get the bank to do a chargeback to get my money back. Avoid.
Beware of AdCreative.ai! This company uses "dark patterns" to prevent you from canceling your subscription.
Impossible to cancel: There is no direct button on the dashboard to stop the billing. I was forced to contact an agent to stop being charged. This is an illegal practice in many jurisdictions (including the EU).
Dishonest Billing: They charged me $800 USD for two months after I thought I had canceled. They only refunded $200 USD.
The "Reminder Email" Scam: When I complained, their agent (Mustafa) sent me a screenshot showing a reminder email was "Delivered" but explicitly "NOT OPENED". This proves I never received or saw the notification, yet they refuse to refund the remaining $600 USD.
Insulting Solutions: Instead of refunding my money, they offered me a "discount" on their service. I don't want a discount, I want my money back for a service I didn't use and tried to cancel.
I have already reported this to SignalConso and will escalate to the European Consumer Centre if the $600 USD is not refunded this week. STAY AWAY.
I had accidentally been charged for a yearly plan after forgetting to cancel my free trial, which was completely my own mistake.
The support team — especially Jacob and Aoife — handled the situation with great professionalism and kindness.Even though the refund period had already expired, they looked into the case personally and offered a very fair goodwill solution. The communication was clear, fast, and genuinely helpful.It’s great to see a company that values customer satisfaction and treats users with respect. Highly recommended!
