I had booked a rental car online, scheduled for pickup at 11:00 AM at Poznań Airport. Upon arrival, we attempted to contact the local office, but received no response despite multiple calls. We then tried reaching out to your Wrocław office, but they were unable to provide us with a contact number for the Poznań branch. Left with no other choice, we contacted several other offices until finally the Warsaw office responded and assured us someone from Poznań would be in touch.It was not until approximately 12:30 PM, nearly 90 minutes after our scheduled pickup time, that we finally managed to speak to someone from the Poznań office. We were told that they had only just received our reservation 10 minutes prior, which is completely unacceptable given the fact that the booking had been made well in advance.Although we were offered delivery of the car within 20 minutes, by that time we had already spent over an hour trying to resolve the issue, and any further delay would have caused us to miss a very important event. As a result, we declined the offer and did not proceed with the rental.I e-mailed them to see if they could refund me the booking fee, 4 weeks waiting no response. This company is a scam. IF YOU WANT TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM !
