This is the worst rental company I’ve ever encountered. They unfairly charged me and my family, ruining our holiday. Despite purchasing insurance, it proved worthless. They pointed out tiny scratches that were not caused by us. After only using the car a few times, they demanded an exorbitant excess charge for a chance to retrieve my deposit. This situation is very distressing, and I feel compelled to report this experience. Such practices appear to be a pattern across all their locations.
