CAVEAT EMPTOR Absolute crooks. I rented a car in the UK from their Heathrow Airport location (Hounslow) I hit something in the road causing both the near side(passenger side) tyres to puncture. I called the company and they said to call roadside assistance - which I did. Roadside assistance sent somone out to replace the tyres to the tune of 310 English pounds. The rental company stated the the replacement tyres must MATCH what was on tje car; they didn’t. I invited the rental company to find a vendor who could match the tyres; they couldn't. I was told to put the tyres on that roadside assistance brought. When I returned the car. I was charged 661 English pounds to replace the brand new tyres I put on the previous evening with less than 100 miles on them or face a five year worldwide ban from renting a car in the future. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ADDCAR
