I drove 45 minutes to the local store seeking competent advice for a medium/high-end audio system and to explore different speakers. A friendly young staff member attended to me, but unfortunately, he was new and unable to provide any technical advice. The store also struggled to set up the speakers. After more than half an hour of attempts, I had to leave. It felt like a waste of time. Other stores are more equipped to provide better advice and setup. A premium store like this should perform much better.
