I purchased a headset from a seller and later complained via email about an issue with the noise-canceling feature and an annoying ticking sound when activated. It also occasionally disconnects from my device. I am very disappointed with the service I received. What should have been a straightforward experience turned into weeks of frustration. Communication was poor—calls went unanswered, and emails took almost two months to respond to. For a company that claims to value its customers, this level of neglect is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone seeking reliable service and good communication.
