Just a quick note to share my experience after picking up my flagship 3D printer from the service provider yesterday. The technical support was incredibly helpful, assisting with stock allocation and offering valuable advice. The representative who called to confirm everything was ready for collection did an excellent job explaining the process. The printer is currently self-calibrating and seems to have a personality of its own! Overall, a fantastic experience with a UK-based company. I received a welcome email yesterday, and I'm excited to start creating. Best wishes.
