Bought a printer delivery was fine. It didn't have some screws that normally come so I contacted sales and they sent some. Had a printer problem but their technical dept initially didnt answer so I contacted sales to chase. They then got back to me saying "Bambu will normally only give a replacement if it is an ‘out of box’ failure. The quickest way for you to get the part would to buy the part directly from bambu. " so thats the warranty just saying buy a replacement part and guaranteed for the day you take it out of the box. Printer is 4 weeks old.Update:Spoke to a lovely lady called Jo, who called and sent out the replacement part immeidiately after it was bought to her attention, so I have updated the score and title to reflect this.
