I wanted to share a quick note after picking up my new flagship 3D printer from the service yesterday. The technical support staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with stock allocation and providing valuable advice. The representative who called to inform me that everything was ready for pickup did an excellent job explaining the process. The printer is currently busy with self-calibration and seems to have a personality of its own! Overall, it has been a fantastic experience with a UK-based company. I also received a welcome email yesterday. Now it's time to start creating! Best wishes.
