I was told my ring was adjustable... it was not. Then I told them it was too small. They said they sent a replacement, then weeks later they said it hadn't been sent. Then they kept sending me messages... 34 in all sending contradicting messages... i will get the ring, I will pay shipping charges, I will get the ring with no charges and the last comment was that too much time has passed for them to provide the replacement
