Immediately after I placed my order with the online Adeline Jewelry store mother/daughter handmade… I realized it was a scam. But it was too late. I have jumped through hoops to get my money back and am still jumping. STOP DO NOT BUY
If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Horrible experience. I regret purchasing anything from this scam, sham, deceitful company. I did not receive the item that was pictured on the website. When, after several email exchanged, I was offered to select another item. When that came it was damaged by sloppy gluing on the clear glass, making the earrings unsightly to wear. The real insult to injury was when I was informed that the return/refund for replacement items was THERE IS NO replacement offered. In other words, they get rid of the returned junk in a person's second order. This is a no-win situation money grab. Do not fall for this scam, waste of money. Somewhere I'm going to post the photos of the products I received and the customer support emails!
Well since I don't yet have any of the jewelry I ordered I am waiting with baited excitement for 2st my ring and later from China (a bit disappointed about China being whose sending my earrings) Awh well everything looks well done from the photos so I'm hoping I'll love them when they arrive..
I was told my ring was adjustable... it was not. Then I told them it was too small. They said they sent a replacement, then weeks later they said it hadn't been sent. Then they kept sending me messages... 34 in all sending contradicting messages... i will get the ring, I will pay shipping charges, I will get the ring with no charges and the last comment was that too much time has passed for them to provide the replacement
The company is fantastic.My parcel was missing because of the delivery service.I reached out and they got results right away.They are very reputable and trustworthy. I know a lot of people are weary about ordering on line but this site is 💯 legit.🥰🥰
I ordered an item but the wrong one was sent. They allowed me to keep it and sent me a replacement for free. Their customer service is outstanding. Best I have ever experienced. I ordered a second item - can't wait to see it!
I’m giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option .Items shipped were not what was advertised . They have a 30 day money back guarantee that they are not honouring . They won’t tell me where to ship my package back to - because they aren’t from Toronto !
Scam! Products shown in website that appearing to be high quality jewelry are not the same to what is actually sold! You only get cheap and low quality items that do not resemble the products ordered from their website. The site claim to have a 30 day money back guarantee - they do not honour that and instead try to negotiate a partial refund in exchange for keeping the cheap product. The products come from China and not from Paris or Toronto. If I could give a negative review I would. Don't buy this junk. They are not from Toronto. They ship from outside the country. When the rings I ordered arrived the first thing I noticed is that the gold rings I received (even though I ordered silver) looked and is so cheap. The main ring was completely out of round. I contacted them about returning them and they refused. If you want just as good jewellery go to Ardenes and buy their cheap costume jewellery. It'll be just as good.
