Not suitable for those on specific medications

The doctor could not assist me with my medication management, despite being licensed in the state. Had I known this beforehand, I would not have made the appointment. I requested a refund, as the platform does not clearly state that they cannot assist individuals on certain medications through Telehealth. It seems the BBB is aware of this issue, and the wording on their site needs to be revised. I also wonder why personal information is requested if it isn't reviewed prior to the call. My forms indicated a diagnosis of combination ADHD in 2023 and included my medication history, yet the first question during the call was whether I had ever been diagnosed with ADHD. The initial payment was supposed to cover the attention given to understanding client information, but that wasn't the case. Now, I have to visit an in-person clinic, and it seems they were already aware of this, yet they still collected their fee. They shouldn't charge anything until they confirm their ability to assist the patient.
