The entire process was seamless and straightforward. From setting up the appointment to completing the intake forms, everything was clear and well-explained. The representative was a joy to converse with. I didn’t feel like I was being assessed; it felt more like a chat with a friend. She was non-judgmental and honest from the very beginning!
The doctor could not assist with my medication management, even though they are licensed in the state. Had I known this beforehand, I would not have scheduled the appointment. I have requested a refund since the platform doesn’t clearly indicate that they cannot assist individuals on certain medications through Telehealth. It appears the BBB is aware of this issue, and the wording on their site should be revised. Additionally, I’m confused as to why personal information is required if it’s not reviewed prior to the consultation. My forms clearly noted a diagnosis of combination ADHD in 2023 along with my medication history, yet the first question during the call was whether I had ever been diagnosed with ADHD. The initial payment claims to cover the attention given to understanding client information, but that wasn’t the case. Now, I will need to visit an in-person clinic, and it seems they were already aware of this, yet they still collected their fee. They shouldn’t charge anything until they can confirm their ability to assist the patient.
I had an excellent experience. My only concern is that I haven't received any updates after our meeting regarding when I can expect the new medication. It might be due to the holiday, but I believe the pharmacy should still be operational.

I had a wonderful experience during my first session! The clinician was very kind and easy to converse with. I usually dislike virtual appointments, but this one was comfortable and not awkward. I learned a lot about how ADHD affects me and practical methods for managing the symptoms. Overall, it was a productive and positive discussion.
I appreciate the easy scheduling, completion of online intake forms, and my telehealth appointment with the clinician. They were informative, provided excellent resources to review until our next appointment, and made me feel at ease during our conversation. Overall, it has been a positive experience thus far.
