The client service was very disappointing. I received my report after 5 days, but it was full of mistakes, almost as if they mixed it up with someone else's. I have tried reaching out via phone and email to discuss this but haven't received a response for 10 days. It feels like they've taken my money and lost interest. I would advise caution.
