Every review or medication adjustment incurred an extra full payment, with medication costs billed separately. After paying the full price twice, I was assured that a follow-up would not require additional payment. However, when I later contacted the clinic for that follow-up, I was told I needed to pay again. When I pointed out what I had been previously told, my claim was dismissed, and I was unfairly labeled as dishonest. Unlike many other ADHD clinics that provide clear breakdowns of assessment fees, follow-up charges, prescription fees, and medication prices, this clinic’s pricing lacks transparency. I have spent nearly £800 so far, without completing the titration or finalizing treatment.
