I booked an appointment but never received any response, even though I sent the confirmation almost a week ago.I phoned the contact number to ask what was going on and was put on hold for 6 minutes and then hung up on. I then called back again, confused and the receptionist promised to follow up and get back to me, but she never did. I even had to reschedule my own clients to make time for the appointment, only to be completely stood up and ignored. The whole experience was both confusing and highly unprofessional. Especially because I paid a lot of money for the service. I expect to be dealt with in a professional manner. This is really unacceptable and disappointing. Do not recommend. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect.
