Unacceptable banking experience

I am thoroughly disappointed, as this has been the worst banking experience I have encountered. Upon opening my salary account, I was not informed about the need to maintain a minimum balance of AED 3,000 for a checking account intended for salary transfer and bill payments, which is illogical. Each month, AED 26 has been deducted from my account for not meeting this so-called 'minimum balance.' When I contacted customer service, the representative was rude, unhelpful, and indifferent. Instead of addressing my concern or displaying basic professionalism, she simply stated, 'That’s the rule, and we can’t do anything about it.' This lack of transparency, poor communication, and absence of customer care is unacceptable. I will be closing my account immediately and will never return. Save yourself the trouble and choose a bank that values its customers.
