My experience with the service has been quite frustrating. Their customer support is notably lacking—after a long wait for someone to respond, you’re often left with a representative who states, "Sorry, this isn't my responsibility, and today is a holiday. You’ll have to call back next Monday," even though it’s still Saturday. Additionally, their services are unnecessarily complicated. Everything takes an inordinate amount of time. For instance, canceling a credit card was a protracted ordeal. I also had a payment from my company wrongly marked as EOS, which it wasn’t. They informed me they’d place a 45-day hold on it, and now it has been over 55 days with the payment still on hold. Overall, the service is quite inadequate, and I never felt at ease with them.

Each month, AED 26 has been deducted from my account for not meeting this so-called 'minimum balance.' When I contacted customer service, the representative was rude, unhelpful, and indifferent. Instead of addressing my concern or displaying basic professionalism, she simply stated, 'That’s the rule, and we can’t do anything about it.' This lack of transparency, poor communication, and absence of customer care is unacceptable. I will be closing my account immediately and will never return. Save yourself the trouble and choose a bank that values its customers.

My experience has been one of the worst in banking, and I strongly advise against it for anyone who values integrity, professionalism, and decent customer service.
