Ordered shoes over 3 weeks ago, still haven't received order. Called up Adidas to find out what's going on, was told they will get back to me, 4 days later no call and still haven't received order. Don't order from them if you want to receive anything
I would give them zero stars if I could - Buyer Beware - they fail to deliver on time. I placed my order at the beginning of December, but the shoes did not arrive by the promised date. When I reached out via email for an update, I received an automated response stating they would respond within two business days after consulting with their courier partners. Unfortunately, they have completely ignored me since then. I've sent multiple emails with no reply. I never expected such a well-known brand to perform so poorly! I'm now out $190 and have had to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company, hoping that it will be resolved.
