Review Time
I ordered 2 pair golf shoes December 2. Canceled order via email and phone message December 13 because order never shipped and I was able to find merchandise elsewhere.
The recording on the business phone says to leave a message and a customer service rep will get back with you in 24-48 hours. Never happened.
It's now January 29 - 6 weeks after I canceled order. I've sent 3 emails and left 3 messages to cancel order. Have never heard back from Midway Sports, never received any merchandise, and never been refunded the $339.14 charged to my card. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to recover my out of pocket cost. I understand that Christmas is a busy time of year and they may be short staffed, but this has been long enough to resolve.
I would consider Midway Sports a DISREPUTABLE BUSINESS.
I placed an order on 11/29 for some basketball shoes, with order #125717, but have received no response to my emails or calls. I suspect they may be operating a scam. If anyone from the company sees this, please reach out to me. I've already sent an email.
I ordered a couple of Nike golf shirts for my son and I…and accidentally ordered him the wrong size. I realized this within 30 seconds of placing the order and sent an email to the address on the order confirmation. THREE DAYS later I get a reply that it was too late and the order had shipped. Well…I would assume it had by that time, but actually it had not according to the tracking number finally provided a day and a half later. It didn’t ship out until a full 24 hours after I got the response. Now fast forward: ironically, it’s the adult shirt that doesn’t fit and I send an email to exchange it: but when I don’t hear anything from them for 48 hours I send another letting them know I’ve had enough and just want to return it as I won’t get the exchange in time for the event we bought the shirts for. Their answer? They don’t do returns on any item costing less than $50. I can’t make this up.
Customer Service was a tremendous help with my exchange. Chanel did a fast and efficient job at taking care of my order. Chanel was very patient and worked with me the entire time. Received my order in 3 days. Thank you so much! Will be shopping ALOT more in Midway Sports.
