My order was accepted, and I paid for next-day delivery. The tracking info was useless. When I contacted customer service via chat, they informed me that, although my order was placed, the item was out of stock. They said it would take nine days to update me. They will refund my delivery fee, but I have to reach out again in three days to arrange this. How can such a large company have issues like this?
