Adidas customer service has got to be the worst service ive experienced in a long long time. In the app i converted loyalty points some into 15% voucher and one into a £10 off voucher. Tested both and both worked together on a pair of £45 joggers. Next day as stuff came up, went to do it again and didnt work. Contacted CS on chat and was told i should have looked at terms of condition 😂 but he said that he would work on giving me my points back for £10 voucher (he lied & more than once) had to prove voucher by screenshot, so lost chat. Went back on chat and 2nd staff member kicked me off the chat as clearly didnt like what i was saying POLITELY. 3rd staff member came on and stated she would fix everything (lied) made me repeat myself 3 times and then said it wasnt possible to give points back as it was an active voucher ( it hadnt been used adidas!!!!!) Worst customer service, reads off a script and not interested in customers. Just avoid, buy from PUMA OR NIKE
I would rate 0 stars if I could. I returned items over 4 weeks ago and despite providing evidence of tracking etc, I am yet to receive a refund. I’ve chased over and over and not getting anywhere. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve started the chargeback process with my bank as well as reported to trading standards for breach of UK consumer laws and have reported to watchdog. I would advise others experiencing similar issues to do the same as judging by the number of reviews, adidas clearly thinks it’s ok to scam customers and break uk consumer laws!
I have not received my order but it’s was showing received. Before that when I got the email saying your parcel is ready to collect I went to the allocated post office and they said my parcel is not there. I went 5 to 6 days. The I got one email from adidas saying sorry that they couldn’t deliver my parcel. After that I haven’t received any email saying it’s ready to collect. Still I went again. But my parcel was not there. I tried to call adidas customer service multiple times but no one was picking up. Then I thought if I the parcel doesn’t show received I would get my money back. But then when I logged in to check it is showing the parcel has been collected. 😡 Then next day (20/01/26) I got email saying they have received my returned parcel. And it will take 14 days to refund. I am feeling like I have been scammed. Never gonna buy from adidas website UK. Worst service experience in my life. Hope I will get my money back as soon as possible.
I appreciate the products, but the customer service is incredibly disappointing. Promised callbacks never happen, representatives hang up, and they tend to follow processes rather than genuinely assisting customers. There’s a lack of empathy and understanding. I ordered golf shoes but received women's high heels from a different brand instead. There was clearly a mix-up with the order. They have been unhelpful in providing a refund for the incorrect item. Based on the reviews, this seems to be a common issue. While I enjoy the products, I would recommend avoiding online orders due to the poor support when issues arise.
Update 30 Dec 2025 - instead of simply allowing a direct exchange for the correct item, they insisted I re-purchase the right product and return the wrong one, which meant I had to pay again! How can I be sure the correct item won’t be sent incorrectly again? I returned it at the post office yesterday, waiting nearly an hour. Before that, I spent almost an hour chatting with a representative because I was frustrated that I couldn’t just exchange the product without additional costs, along with other issues like not being able to print the return label. The representative was very patient, but I felt really let down by the company. I wasted my entire afternoon on this frustrating purchase. I won't be shopping with them again. Really disappointed with my recent experience. The delivery was quick, but I received the wrong size and color. Whoever packed the order should reconsider their position. Now, I have to waste time returning it. The company's service used to be good. They need to hire better staff. If this happens again, I will take my business elsewhere.
My order was accepted, and I paid for next-day delivery. The tracking info was useless. When I contacted customer service via chat, they informed me that, although my order was placed, the item was out of stock. They said it would take nine days to update me. They will refund my delivery fee, but I have to reach out again in three days to arrange this. How can such a large company have issues like this?
My item was not delivered, and the feedback I received was poor, citing slow dispatch and inadequate email communication. The case was closed as resolved even though the item is still undelivered. There is WhatsApp support, but responses are slow. I finally received a refund, but the advice for reordering was inappropriate. It’s disappointing that it took so long, and I expected better from a large company. Smaller businesses provide much better service.
