If I could give zero stars, I would. The company claims to have UK customer service, but every time I call, I reach representatives from another country who are unfamiliar with local laws. I ordered a package on November 28, and as of December 18, I still have not received it due to numerous misleading statements from both the company and the delivery service. I was promised multiple callbacks that never came, and I still have not received any resolution. I am left without the product I ordered, the money I paid, and any explanation of what happened. This has ruined the holiday for my family. I will never use this service again.
