I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Adidas.I placed an order on 3 November and was told on 5 November that my items were on the way. Then on 7 November, I received an email saying one of the T-shirts had been cancelled — which I accepted. But on 11 November, the same day I was expecting delivery, I got another email saying the shoes were cancelled too.It took Adidas 8 days to realise items weren’t even in stock, and I only found out when I was expecting the package. These were meant to be a birthday gift for my son, and because of the poor communication, I had no time to find something else.On top of that, I’ve only received a partial refund. I paid $118 in total ($50 voucher + $68 from my bank account), but I’ve only received $50.71 back. Now I’m left paying $67.29 for one discounted T-shirt. That’s completely unacceptable.This whole process — delayed cancellations, incomplete refunds, and lack of transparency — has been a total letdown.Very poor service, and sadly I’ll be thinking twice before buying from Adidas again.
