Purchased 4 soccer balls for my daughter. In under 1 year of moderate use, 1 ball no longer holds air and goes flat within 24 hours.I decided to contact Adidas...via facebook messenger, gave all requested details and photos - they said we'll send an email. The email then asked for a repeat of all the exact same info, plus more... I politely complied with their tedious request.They replied 'we could not find a manufacturing fault' and rejected the claim... I explained the ball is in perfect condition except for the fact that is doesn't hold air, and asked for the case to be re-considered and escalated.They came back with "After a second review of your claim. We could not find a manufacturing defect. Please know that this 2nd review is final." ... so I sarcastically asked if it's not a manufacturing defect, what is it? a feature?I was stunned a company of this standing would burn a customer over such a trivial issue, and obvious product fault.I have taken one for the team and now written this off... I write this review in the hope that others can learn from my mistake.Thank you.
