Two staff members at the Birkenhead Store just displayed the worst level of customer service that I have ever experienced. In a time when foot traffic is critical for business, no business deserves staff members like those at the Adidas Store in Birkenhead. Their rudeness was easily solved; I went to PUMA on the next level down and was served by an exceptional young man who was grateful for the sales he received on a Friday afternoon.
