It seems Adidas has an issue with knowing what stock they have available to sell. It took them over a week from taking my money to work out that they in fact didn't have the stock to fulfil the order. I'd contacted customer service in the interim to ask what was going on, as the order remained unshipped, only to be told they'd give it a hurry along. Two days later I get a refund. I contact them again to give some feedback upon my experience to only be told by customer service 'not to worry as they'd documented my feedback'. Oh, that's great news, I'm so glad it's documented. Don't worry about wasting my time so close to Xmas, or to take over a week to work out you don't have stock or for your inept customer service. They even have the gall to suggest they 'value' customer feedback! If you valued it you wouldn't reply to my detailed responses that you 'had to cancel the order due to stock availability', as though that's what I asked or didn't already know!
