There should be a NO star to select. The shoes I ordered were faulty. After several emails I finally got to return them. It took weeks for them to say they would refund. Guess what, No refund arrived in my bank. After several emails and NO response I finally got hold of them through FB only to be told they paid it and I have to chase my bank. DO NOT deal with this online company
