Terrible experience with the exchange process

I bought a pair of runners from a well-known brand. The initial delivery went well, but the shoes turned out to be too small. Trying to exchange them for a larger size has been an absolute nightmare and a clear example of poor customer service. I returned the item right away. The tracking indicates that the company received it over a week ago, and since then: nothing. No updates, no replacement shipment, just silence. Despite numerous calls to their customer support, where I specifically requested urgency in the process, no action has been taken. Each call ends with empty promises that the shoes "will be sent," but they never arrive. The support team seems either powerless or indifferent, creating an incredibly frustrating cycle of inaction and lack of accountability. This isn't merely a delay; it's a complete failure of their exchange system and post-purchase support. I am left without the product I paid for, with no reliable information on when I can expect it. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend shopping online with them if there's any possibility of needing to return or exchange an item. The initial purchase is smooth, but their after-sales service is shockingly neglectful. I will be looking to other brands that prioritize their customers.
