Review Time
i have been using the running shoes for a while now i must say its comfortable during quick runs and walk. i like the structured soles for widefooted like me. in terms of delivery, it took a week to deliver which is not i expect. but overall experience is good.
I purchased a pair of Adidas shoes for my son less than 4 weeks ago, and the Velcro closure has already completely ripped off the shoe.
The entire Velcro strap that secures the top of the shoe detached from the side stitching. It didn’t just loosen — it fully separated from the material, leaving the shoe unable to close or fasten at all. Because of this, the shoe cannot be worn properly. This is clearly a defect in how the strap was attached, especially considering the shoes are barely a month old and worn by a child for normal daily use.
I contacted Adidas customer service expecting a reasonable solution. Instead, I was told they will only send a replacement after I return the defective pair. I explained that these are my son’s only shoes and it’s the middle of winter — he has nothing else to wear in the meantime. The representative showed zero flexibility or understanding and insisted that I must return the shoes first, regardless of the circumstances.
For a company like Adidas, this level of product durability and customer service is extremely disappointing.
Poor quality. Rigid, heartless policy. Very disappointing experience.
I ordered a pair of trainers and was told in the confirmation email that they’d be delivered within two days. It’s been over a week now and I still haven’t received them. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but I keep getting different answers. One person said they’d arrive by a certain date (which has already passed), while another said they haven’t even been dispatched yet. It’s really frustrating because no one seems to know what’s actually happening with my order.
Worst experience ever, order APT91219621 is delayed 2 weeks, contact support and got some AI agent pretending to be a human but saying the same answers over and over again... ask me to contact a week later cause it says the order is in warehouse and some excuse.... later as asked i contact after the due date and again exact same answers and ask to contact a week later... this is just unacceptable for such a company... it's going really down the road and had much better experience with other brands so never going to order again for sureSee less
Fantastic sneakers, had ultra boost and uncaged, it last quite Along time, but the boost on my ultraboost kinda degraded(prob because i placed it on shoebox for along time).
Purchased $200 gift card but cannot access to the link in the email. The first call they said the technical issue will be solved in the next 24-48 hours, after next 2 days I called again, they use the same script to say; after many calls in the next few days and got received the same responds, they said " transfer the case to internal" and need 7~14 days. When I ask what if the issue cannot be solved in deadline ... they always avoid the consequence. Very bad experience. Feel like a scam company
As a former employee, I observed that temporary staff are treated poorly. Loyalty seems to matter more than honesty. Team leads and supervisors often communicate in an unprofessional manner and are unhelpful when issues arise. There's a noticeable favoritism at play. While I'm not resentful about my termination, I wish the company would engage with employees without imposing punitive measures. There was an incident where two employees nearly fought, yet they only received write-ups. In contrast, I was fired for using profanity with a team lead, highlighting that certain rules seem to apply selectively. A write-up or even suspension would have been a more appropriate response.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE Their website claims that returns will be processed within a maximum of 2 weeks, and refunds will be issued promptly. However, it's been 2 MONTHS since I initiated the return, and my attempts to reach out for assistance have gone unanswered, or I receive vague apologies without any resolution. They are REFUSING to issue a refund for my package, which is clearly unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing from their online platform; consider going to a more reliable option.

This isn't merely a delay; it's a complete failure of their exchange system and post-purchase support. I am left without the product I paid for, with no reliable information on when I can expect it. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend shopping online with them if there's any possibility of needing to return or exchange an item. The initial purchase is smooth, but their after-sales service is shockingly neglectful. I will be looking to other brands that prioritize their customers.
