This is the worst customer service call I ever had. I sent my order back and after 3 weeks and it came again to my address even though they sent me an email confirming my return. The box was damaged. The customer service personnel didn't even apologize and wanted me to send the box back with the same QR code. After arguing for some time, she finally said she would send a new code.She also refused to share with KLARNA that there are issues with my order.I'm never going to order anything from Adidas
