My sister bought me a gift card for 100 euro for my birthday. The gift card was never delivered to my email so I'm unable to use it. We have both emailed and rang the support centre a lot and we are always told the same thing - wait 48 hours, our specialist team is looking into it. Wait 78 hours. They say they will issue the refund as a gift card to my email and this never arrives either! This has been going on for a month! They have pretty much stolen 100 euro from us.

TAKE SCREENSHOT FIRST OR THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!

IF YOU GET A NOTIFICATION SAYING THAT YOU WON A RAFFLE, TAKE SCREENSHOT OF THE NOTIFICATION BEFORE OPENING IT, so that you can sue adidas for scamming you. Despite i got a notification saying that i won the raffle, when i clicked on it, it showed me raffle was unsuccessful. Because clicking on the notification deletes it, I had no prove to show it. Good job adidas for tricking people to lose their points. And ofc the customer service is not helping you since you dont have a screenshot. Now it all makes sense since years of spending thousands of points and not winning anything

Two pairs of ADIDAS beach shoes fell apart after 10 days of use. ADIDAS customer service does not refund money. ADIDAS refuses to give me the opportunity to return the defective goods and get a refund. I assume that the customer service staff are inadequate characters who are clearly under the influence of drugs or alcohol, as they ask me mocking questions that I have answered before. DO NOT BUY ADIDAS products as this is a gathering of inadequate swindlers, crooks and manipulators.

Attention: Adidas Headquarters in Germany…

I need Adidas Headquarters in Germany to be aware of the damage Adidas USA is causing to the brand. Shoes are constantly falling apart but the service when you have warranty issues is where the drama unfolds in the USA.Adidas USA is engaging in unethical and illegal practices to deny consumers rights. I have posted a separate review on Trust Pilot detailing the illegal issues under Adidas (com) which is the USA branch of the brand. This is causing a loss of faith and showing no care at all for the customer that supports the brand. I once loved this brand and was a very loyal customer for many decades for myself and my family. I am appalled by the constant decrease in quality during production (the shoes are so so so bad now) and am beyond appalled at the criminal conduct of what I am witnessing by the USA staff who handle customer warranty issues / product issues. Apart from the low quality produce, the staff service is a failure. I will not spend another cent at this brand until I receive fair recognition and a refund on the defective stock that was deceitfully sold to me and the taxes that the USA Adidas stole from me during the refund stage. This has been ongoing for almost 1 year now! Do not treat your customers like we are stupid. EDIT - adidas have reached out to offer me a $50 online credit for the hours and hours and hours I have wasted telling them they are engaging in illegal conduct and that I want a refund for the tax they stole from my prior refund and the reconditioned shoes they unlawfully sold me via deceitful methods

No issues

I've ordered multiple times and everything has gone well so far. Returns were also easy and problem-free. No issues at all.

the parcel was not delivered and there was no refund

I ordered a parcel, according to the tracking it was supposedly delivered, but neither I, nor my wife, nor any of the neighbors ever received the parcel. As a result of the investigation, they refused to return it to me without telling me why and what to do next, I am writing a second statement to the police. I hope that at least this will lead to some result. Terrible service and the worst attitude towards their customers

The website is UNUSABLE!

The website was certainly made by a bunch of beta cucks who were never loved. It is so unusable that I want to barge into their HQ and break their furniture. Everything pops up out of nowhere, when I want to click somewhere something else pops up before I could click and then I am redirected to another page, when searching for products, just a fraction of all the variates available in other shops exist, the website takes so much ram I need to buy a macbook pro just to use it, the first thing that appears when opening the website is a bunch of women/men/diverse ''models'' squatting right in your face and this also takes up the whole screen that i have to make several scrolls just to escape this pay gorn of a start page, and so on. Maybe if I do go there I might break those cuck chairs they so fondly use instead of working and actually get some work done on the front end design of the website. Jokes aside, maybe they are just a bunch of rich kids of the management/ceo board or whatever the hell is called and don't know what they are doing at all. The chinese 10 year old engineers make good shoes, meanwhile these white collar morons sit in their offices and ''play house'' and no work is getting done. I am beyond outraged.

Adiclub Customer Support is a disaster

Adiclub Customer Support is a disaster. I used Adiclub points to obtain a coupon code for MyFitnessPal, but the code was invalid. When I contacted customer service, I was instructed by an agent named MATHILDEB to email proof in the form of a screenshot. I waited for the email address to send it to, but it took time so I thought I’ll never receive an email. Therefore I contacted to the customer support again. The next representative, Kawaljeet Kaut, seemed to have no understanding of their own services. She insisted that Adiclub points could only be used to purchase items from the official Adidas online store, and the conversation went nowhere. In reality, the points can also be exchanged for subscriptions like Les Mills+. Ultimately, I was told to contact MyFitnessPal instead. This pointless back-and-forth wasted over an hour of my time. I’m completely fed up with such unhelpful customer service.
