I am following up regarding the funds currently withheld in my wallet. As of today, December 1st, I have yet to receive the payment that was promised. Two weeks ago, it was stated that the funds would be released within 1–2 days, yet it has now been 15 days past that commitment. I was informed that payment would be made at the end of the month via a payment platform, but no payment has appeared in my account for November, and we have now entered a new month. The money takes seconds to deposit into your wallet but weeks to withdraw. When I created my account, I was assured that I would have control over my wallet to add and withdraw funds as needed; however, I have been unable to withdraw my funds, effectively denying me control. I have communicated that the withheld funds are urgently needed for my sister’s hospital expenses. This delay is causing financial hardship and emotional strain on my family. Immediate action is requested: release the full amount of my funds as it is clear that the company is unreliable. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue all available remedies, including formal complaints and public disclosure of this experience.
