This company has been absolutely useless. They sell websites, and visiting their site will reveal that it's better to avoid such offerings. They seem to benefit from a well-known platform but deliver poor products and services. I plan to inform the platform that this company should not be a partner or vendor. Their attitude and service quality are unacceptable. I am responding to their intimidating reply, claiming they have never dealt with us. Despite having inquiries from 48 travel companies globally, they displayed a lack of discipline and respect for potential customers. Their mindset appears to prioritize themselves over customer satisfaction, which is fundamentally flawed.
