42 days with no delivery or update

I waited 42 days for a book and ended up canceling due to the absence of a new estimated delivery date. I've previously ordered from the service without issues when the literature was more common, likely because it was in stock. This time, however, it was a specialized book, so I was willing to wait a bit longer. What truly frustrated me was receiving an automated response after such a long wait, stating my delivery hadn't even started and they would contact me when they had more information. In my opinion, when an automated system fails to resolve matters for this long, the company should step in to provide personalized assistance. While my complaint email was handled courteously and professionally, I still received no new delivery estimate, not even a week after our conversation. On a positive note, my money was refunded immediately upon cancellation, which adds another star to my review. However, I've decided not to make any online purchases from this service again.
