In my opinion, when an automated system fails to manage a process for this extended period, a company that values its customers should step in to provide individual attention to the situation. Although my complaint email was addressed in a kind and professional manner, it still did not include an estimate for a new delivery date, not even a week after our conversation. On a positive note, my money was refunded immediately upon cancellation, which earns an additional star in this review. However, I have decided not to engage in online purchases with the service again.
