Frustrating Wait and Lack of Communication

I waited 42 days for a book and ultimately canceled due to no updated estimated delivery date being provided. Previously, I had positive experiences with the service when ordering more common literature, likely because those items were readily available in their warehouse. This time, however, I was willing to wait longer for a more specialized book. What truly disappointed me was receiving an automated response after such a long wait, indicating that my delivery hadn't even begun and that they would reach out once they had more information. In my opinion, when an automated system fails to manage a process for this extended period, a company that values its customers should step in to provide individual attention to the situation. Although my complaint email was addressed in a kind and professional manner, it still did not include an estimate for a new delivery date, not even a week after our conversation. On a positive note, my money was refunded immediately upon cancellation, which earns an additional star in this review. However, I have decided not to engage in online purchases with the service again.

Negligent and profit-driven

They failed to inform me about the lack of resources until a week later, leaving me without books for the first weeks of my course, especially with an exam in the second week. If they had communicated this sooner, perhaps even two days after the order, I could have sourced the books elsewhere, but instead, they delayed the order by a week due to their greed.

The website was straightforward to navigate. Delivery occurred as promised. It would be beneficial if the delivery service could utilize SMS instead of email for client communication. My inquiry to the service regarding a delivery issue was acknowledged promptly and in a friendly manner.

Significant delays with my order

My order experienced multiple days of delay, and one of the canceled items is still reflected in the total amount due with the payment service. It seems no one is addressing this issue. The customer support has been lacking. I will not shop here again.

Delivery takes far too long

Delivery is excessively slow... even if you pay for express delivery, expect delays. They will certainly offer you the option to pay for faster delivery, but it will arrive at the same time as standard shipping.
