I'm a multi policy customer of Admiral. My low review of Admiral today is for there overuse of pressure when chasing payments. When other companies simply 'try again' to take payment from my 'billing' account, Admiral just 'stop' and send you threatening emails and letters from the Finanical Conduct Authority stating you have defaulted!
I know I defaulted Admiral, I only just moved funds into my 'billing' account to cover your bill but you don't retry to take payment you go straight passive agressive.
Admiral, you're not my favourite insurer, based on this billing experience.
