After reading lots of reviews on this site I am going through the same scenario, I put in a claim on the 16th of March, ten working days later I phoned to see how it was going, I was told that I hadn’t pressed the last send button and I most definitely did! He told me that he would do it at their end and prioritise the claim, it’s now April the 15th and I’ve heard nothing.
