I am very disappointed with my experience with Admiral Law. It has been almost two years since my claim was opened, and it still has not been resolved, despite the incident not being major or particularly complicated.
There has been a clear lack of proactive communication—unless I follow up myself, I receive no updates on the progress of the case. This has been extremely frustrating and stressful. The prolonged delays have also caused me significant distress, especially as I am dealing with injuries related to the incident.
It also feels as though claims where liability is disputed are not handled effectively, with little ownership or urgency shown by the team. Overall, I expected far better communication, efficiency, and support. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen well below expectations.

They are quick and very responsive when issues arise. The support provided is seamless and stress-free. Customer relations are excellent, especially during accidents or circumstances beyond your control. I'm pleased to have chosen them for my car insurance and would definitely recommend their services.
The service provides outstanding phone support, responding quicker than many companies I’ve encountered. While the process may not be the quickest for complex claims, that is to be anticipated. Overall, my experience has been more than satisfactory while working with the friendly team!
This claim has dragged on for almost 5 years. I filed a complaint in May of last year and was contacted by the support team, who assured me that the issue would be resolved. However, I haven't heard from them in over 6 months, despite numerous attempts to reach out. They've also conveniently taken down all contact numbers. I've been waiting for an address to send my medical records since September, but no one has bothered to return my calls. I strongly advise against using this service.
The representative demonstrated good knowledge and patience with a client who has hearing challenges. I understand that these matters require time, but a conversation lasting over 40 minutes can be quite a challenge for my attention span!
Disappointing experience once more. After discussing with a representative from the support team last October, I was informed of shortcomings on the company's end. I was promised an update within 21 days, yet we are now approaching January, making it over two months without any communication. We are nearing four years since the case was initiated. My experience has been terrible.
It’s been almost 4 years and my claim is still not settled. The other side admitted full liability, yet Admiral Law has done absolutely nothing to move things forward. No urgency, no support, no compassion and no accountability. Lost count how many different case handlers — no consistency, no communication, no care. My claim should’ve taken no more than 6–12 months. Instead, I’ve been stuck in limbo for years. If I were Admiral (insurance) I’d be seriously looking elsewhere to have a company affiliated with your policy’s……..

This is the first I have heard from you. Can you please provide the details as to where and when I was required to provide you further information as I have no recollection of any formal contact other than the response above.
I had a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend them. Two years ago, I was involved in an incident and never received any updates. I never got to speak with my claims handler; they claimed to have instructed solicitors but did not follow through. It took a lot of effort on my part to get any information. The number of mistakes they made was astonishing. I filed complaints, but it takes 6-8 weeks to get a response. They seem overwhelmed and unable to dedicate the necessary time to handle claims and provide updates. I was given conflicting information during my calls.
This firm operates like a factory, treating clients as mere numbers. My representative attempted to pressure me into settling a complicated claim for £11,000, disregarding medical evidence indicating I was suffering from 'Severe PTSD' and required 2.5 years for recovery. On September 30th, they acknowledged that my claim was 'no longer suitable for the Portal', yet on the deadline day, they still pushed for a low Portal settlement. When I highlighted their negligence and urgently instructed them to protect my claim, they ignored my requests. I sent urgent emails at 6:24 AM and 4:00 PM today asking them to secure my interim payment, but they have not responded to any of my messages. If you are dealing with a serious injury, I strongly advise against using this firm, as they will likely attempt to settle your claim for less to minimize their own effort.
