Had an accident that wasn’t my fault and the other driver acceptable liability right away. Admiral have been nothing but slow and elusive with almost everything resulting in multiple complaints upheld against Admiral Law. Documents & communications sat with them untouched for extended periods of time. Despite all of this, Admiral Law are still being slow and obstructive with settling everything. Despite me being their customer, and the other drivers insurance company responsible for the financial settlement, Admiral are awful to deal with. Admiral’s customer care and support is virtually non existent- even to their own customers.
