We engaged a service for our child, a capable Grade 9 student with aspirations for competitive pre-med programs. Initially, we believed we needed comprehensive support throughout high school. However, we faced misleading sales tactics and an astonishing refusal to honor their financial commitments. The representative presented a vision of dedicated mentorship and explicitly discussed a structure involving regular coaching sessions. What we received was a limited number of sessions, which was not disclosed during the payment process. After payment, we found the client portal showed limited session credits, making it impossible to book meetings. Our concerns were largely ignored, adding to our frustration. We attempted to rescind the agreement due to misrepresentation, but the service dismissed our claims and offered insufficient compensation. Ultimately, we are pursuing legal avenues to recover our funds. This experience has been distressing and costly. Be cautious and ensure all terms are clearly outlined before committing.
